Clickma Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of clickma.tech (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Two Tall Totems Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Site is an e-commerce website that offers software integrations and related services.
By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property
All content available on this Site, including but not limited to text, logos, images, documents, and downloadable files, is the exclusive property of Two Tall Totems Ltd. and its creators. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.
3. Sale of Goods
These Terms govern the sale of digital products and services available on this Site, including:

All purchases are subject to availability at the time of access. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of all content. Purchases are made at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel orders when necessary. If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are correct for processing refunds.
4. Subscription Policy
Your subscription to Clickma will automatically renew until canceled. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal.
5. Free Trial
Clickma offers a 14-day free trial for new users. After the trial, your monthly subscription will automatically begin unless canceled before the trial ends.
To cancel your free trial, contact support@clickma.tech before the trial expiration date.
6. Payments
We accept the following payment method:

By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. If any unauthorized transactions or disputes arise, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.
7. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Users agree not to engage in activities that violate applicable laws, interfere with the Site's operations, or infringe upon the rights of Clickma or other users. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to hacking, spamming, unauthorized data scraping, or any activity that disrupts service functionality.
8. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms, users agree to first attempt an informal resolution by contacting Clickma. If a resolution is not reached, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in British Columbia, Canada, rather than court litigation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Service Availability & Modifications
Clickma does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice.
10. Data Privacy & Security Disclaimer
While Clickma takes reasonable security measures to protect user data, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not gain access. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
11. Refunds for Exceptional Cases
Refunds are generally not provided, except in cases of billing errors or technical malfunctions caused by Clickma. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@clickma.tech within 7 days of the charge.
12. Termination of Accounts
Clickma reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if a user violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, illegal, or disruptive activities.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clickma and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. Users will be notified via email or a notice on our Site before changes take effect.
